We invent, design, and manufacture technology for the creative manipulation of sound. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented engineer to join our prestigious R&D DSP software team, working on digital audio processing plug-ins using JUCE and C++. You will research and design new audio DSP algorithms, take responsibility for entire software components, including UI, and drive improvements to the current codebase. You will help mentor junior team members, ensure coding standards and code quality, and maintain the team culture. Main objectives of role:

  • Research, design, and develop new audio DSP algorithms
  • Design and develop DAW plug-ins and cross-platform C++ JUCE applications
  • Collaborate to review code, fix bugs, and improve the codebase
  • Mentor junior team members and help maintain a culture of learning and development within the team

Minimum requirements:

  • 4+ years industry programming experience using an OO language
  • Very good Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or DSP degree
  • Familiarity with DSP theory and a keen interest in digital audio effects
  • Knowledge of key software design principles and best practice development processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Experience developing audio plug-ins with the JUCE C++ framework
