Marketing Coordinator

Based: 
SSL HQ, Begbroke, Oxford
Reporting to: 
Senior Marketing Executive
Conditions: 
Full time, salaried

To coordinate the delivery of international exhibitions and company events. Design and delivery of customer and partner mailer communications, and the management of the marketing database. Maintain and create content for the company websites.

Key Duties:

Organise exhibitions and corporate events:
• Coordinate all event requirements including logistics, contractors, graphics, travel and attending staff arrangements.
• Provide on-the-ground support and hospitality at all events as required. Will involve some travel globally.
Coordinate marketing databases and marketing communications:
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of email bulletins to customers and distributors.
• Respond to marketing enquiries from customers, internal teams and distributors.
• Timeline and distribution of press and advertising content.

Website content management:
• Creation and maintenance of all web content including written copy and creative elements.
• Manage content and backend support for online store and product registration portals.

General:
• Manage merchandise materials for internal and partner use.
• Coordinate and support generation of collateral including video and photography.
• Provide assistance to the Marketing team as required.

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level or recognised higher level qualification in marketing.

Experience:

• Proven event organisation experience
• Two to three years Marketing experience
• Management of Wordpress or equivalent websites
• Creating and managing content on Email Marketing platforms
• Proven copywriting experience
• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
• Experience of using professional image and video editing and design software.
