This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, customer focussed and outgoing individual to join a world leading manufacturer of professional audio products. SSL are looking for a new Shipping Administrator to join our team. This is a key position ensure our products are shipped on time at the right cost to our UK & international customer base.

The successful applicant will be energetic and confident with the ability to prioritise their workload with a focus on good customer service. You should also possess good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well both in writing and verbally. You will be computer literate with good numeracy skills.

Specifically responsible for:

  • Pick, pack and ship UK and Overseas orders via our couriers and logistics partners.
  • Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and RMA’s onto our MRP system.
  • Liaise with production and suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Produce export documentation and ensure compliance with import and export regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales, Service and Logistics Teams.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting.

Salary Package Details:
